How it works

A transparent process, designed to be fair at every stage.

The same five stages apply whether you’re a company seeking supply or a farmer/FPO seeking a buyer. Here’s what each stage means for you.

  1. 01

    Assess & advise

We start with your goal — secure supply, or find a fair buyer. We assess crop, region, scale and risk, then give a candid go / no-go view. No pressure to proceed.

Buyers get a feasibility read; farmers/FPOs get a plain-language view of whether a contract serves them.

  2. 02

    Design the programme

We define the cluster, the operating model, the support farmers will receive, and the pricing and risk-sharing approach that keeps both sides committed.

Built so the buyer’s specs are met and the farmer’s effort is fairly rewarded.

  3. 03

    Connect the parties

We help the right buyers and farmers/FPOs find each other and build the trust a durable relationship needs — through transparent introductions and shared expectations.

We facilitate the linkage. The agreement is always directly between buyer and farmer.

  4. 04

    Structure the contract

We help draft balanced, transparent agreements — pricing, quality, delivery, force majeure and dispute resolution — aligned with applicable central and state law.

Both sides should understand and accept every clause before signing.

  5. 05

    Facilitate & manage

Through the season we support practices, field monitoring, collection, quality checks and transparent reporting — and help resolve issues fairly if they arise.

Ongoing support keeps the programme working for buyer and farmer alike.
