The terms on which this website and our information are made available to you.
Template — not legal advice
This page is a good-faith template provided for general information only. It is not legal advice and may not reflect the latest law applicable to you. Please have it reviewed and adapted by a qualified professional before relying on it.
These Terms govern your use of the Contract Farming India website (the “Site”), operated by Agpro Consulting Private Limited. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Nature of our services
Contract Farming India provides contract-farming advisory and facilitation services. We are not a marketplace or commodity buyer and we are not a party to any contract between a buyer and a farmer or FPO. We do not guarantee any price, buyer, volume or outcome. Please also read our Disclaimer.
2. Information only — no reliance
Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or agronomic advice. You should obtain independent professional advice — including independent legal advice before signing any agreement — before acting on anything you read here.
3. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create any contract or obligation between us. Any engagement for paid services will be governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope and fees.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including not to:
- use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to or disrupt the Site;
- copy, scrape or republish content without permission; or
- submit false, misleading or others’ personal data without authority.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, branding and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including our sister brands. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on Site content or from any arrangement you enter into with a third party. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction, subject to any applicable mandatory law.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Questions? Email info@agproconsulting.com.
