Service

Farmer & FPO Sourcing / Aggregation

Reach and organise the right growers at scale — through FPOs and aggregation models that farmers actually trust.

What it is

We help you identify, engage and aggregate the growers your programme needs — often by partnering with FPOs rather than chasing thousands of individual farmers. We handle grower identification, FPO due-diligence, onboarding, and the aggregation structure so you can work with many smallholders through a few trusted counterparties.

Who it’s for

Company-side, but built on genuine respect for farmer interests (which is why it works). For buyers who need volume from fragmented smallholder geographies and want durable supply, not one-season churn.

What you get

  • Sourcing & cluster map
  • Shortlisted FPOs/grower groups with due-diligence notes
  • Onboarding pack and process
  • Aggregation & collection model
  • Grower database handover

FAQ

Sourcing & Aggregation — your questions

Why work through FPOs instead of individual farmers?

FPOs let you reach thousands of smallholders through one organised, credible counterparty — improving aggregation, traceability and consistency, while giving farmers more bargaining power. It is usually more durable than ad-hoc individual deals.

Do you become the buyer or take a cut of produce?

No. We are advisors and facilitators. We are not a party to the contract and we do not trade or take commission on produce.

How do you keep farmers from side-selling?

There is no magic fix — side-selling usually signals a price or trust gap. We reduce it through fair pricing design, transparent dealing, timely payment flows and FPO accountability, but we never promise it can be eliminated.

Let’s explore whether contract farming fits — honestly.

Tell us your crop, region and goal. We’ll tell you what’s realistic, what it takes, and how we can help — whether you’re a buyer or a farmer/FPO.
